Ingredients (serves 6)    
120g plain flour   Method
30g sugar   In a bowl mix flour and sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten   Slowly add the egg and milk, whisk until smooth
80ml semi-skimmed milk   Brush butter or vegetable oil over hot pan. 
60g butter   Pour a 1/4 cup measure in for each pancake
60g blueberries   Add blueberries and/or banana
60g sliced banana (optional)   When bubbles appear, flip over.  Cook until
golden on both sides
  Decorate with fresh fruit
  Enjoy!
