| 2 eggs, lightly beaten | Slowly add the egg and milk, whisk until smooth | |
| 80ml semi-skimmed milk | Brush butter or vegetable oil over hot pan. | |
| 60g butter | Pour a 1/4 cup measure in for each pancake | |
| 60g blueberries | Add blueberries and/or banana | |
| 60g sliced banana (optional) | When bubbles appear, flip over. Cook until golden on both sides |
