Scone Base
100 grams plain flour or wholemeal flour

25 grams block margarine
3 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
25 grams cheese (grated)


2 tablespoons pizza topping

25 grams cheese (grated)
25 grams mushrooms (sliced)
5 olives (sliced)
1 small onion (diced)
25 grams frozen peas
25 grams mixed peppers (diced)
25 grams Sweetcorn
1 large tomato (sliced)

Sieve flour
Rub in margarine
Stir in milk until it forms a dough
Roll out dough into required shape and onto floured surface
Spread pizza topping onto rolled out dough
Top pizza with your choice of toppings
Sprinkle grated cheese over toppings
Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven at 180c        for 20 minutes
