| 200g fresh pasta | Finely chop all vegetables |
| 1 onion | Mix together with pasta in an ovenproof dish |

1 red /green pepper |
Add carton of passata |
| 100g mushroom | Fill empty carton with water and add to dish |
| 1 teaspoon garlic | Sprinkle with grated cheese |
| 1 carton passata | Bake in oven for 20 minutes stirring occasionally |
| salt and pepper to taste | Enjoy! |
